Plant-for-the-Planet Alliance

My thesis project for Plant for the Planet was a strategic design proposal focused on transitioning the NGO from its existing structure into a dynamic and influential network of strategic alliances, similar in concept to a business cluster but specifically adapted for sustainability.

Main Idea

From the beginning, I wanted to create a proposal that would enable the organization to achieve long-term operational sustainability and strengthen its global leadership in environmental advocacy.

The project included comprehensive stakeholder mapping, establishing clear governance structures, initiating targeted pilot projects, and crafting tailored communication strategies.
